Finally we did it, our dream came true! We produced our own olive oil with olives from “Los Llanillos”, our precious olive and fig tree field.
This is an organic cold-pressed extra virgin oil. An authentic olive juice of 0.2% acidity and a 2000 liters limited production. We are using olives from morisca, verdial and carrasquereña varieties picked directly from the tree.
